The holidays are a perfect time to infilct your friends and family with all manner of disturbing foodstuffs.
This was billed as a fruitcake, but I suspect it’s Spock’s brain, surrounded by alien creatures.

Either that, or there’s just not enough meat on that gristle. I’m not sure which.

We’re on an abbreviated posting schedule for the holidays, so What Is It? Wednesday arrives a day early.
Of course, it’s a turkey. Nothing says “home for the holidays,” though, like a turkey with trees growing from under its legs. Let’s not forget to cover exposed ends of the legs with tiny, frilled chef hats. Garnish with monocular alien fruit. And would you look at that cavity? It’s a gaping maw guaranteed to give the kiddies nightmares for weeks to come. More meat for dad, then, who is both a leg and breast man at Thanksgiving!

It’s dad’s turn to cook, and it looks like he’s dumped the contents of the lawn mower’s crass catcher into some aspic again. He doesn’t know what aspic is, but it’s held the clippings together quite well, don’t you think? He added bits of tree limbs, too!
